Inpatient
Inpatient Hospitalization is the highest level of care offered for treatment. This level of care is involuntary which means that an individual is held in treatment against their own will due to serious addiction and mental health conditions. If a person is posing a harm to themselves or others due to a psychiatric or drug induced condition, the inpatient level of care will mostly likely be recommended. The inpatient level of care will provide a highly contained environment in a locked hospital unit where the patient will be monitored 24 hours per day to ensure their safety. A medical team of psychiatrists and medical doctors will be available to stabilize an individual to prepare them for stepping down into a residential level of care.
