TRANSITIONAL LIVING
Transitional Living is a highly beneficial continuing care option for someone who has completed a primary inpatient or residential mental health rehab program. Transitional Living Homes provide an individual with a community of recovery where they reside. This structured living environment provides an on-site house manager who monitors the household and enforces house rules. House rules often include a curfew, chores, meeting requirements, and participating in recovery such as individual therapy or an outpatient program.
