What information do I need to submit?
Your name as it appears on your insurance card, your date of birth, the member ID number from your insurance card, the carrier name (e.g., Aetna, BCBS), and a phone or email where we can reach you with the results.
Will verifying affect my coverage or trigger a claim?
No. A verification of benefits (VOB) is a read-only inquiry about your coverage. It does not file a claim, use any of your benefits, or affect your premium.
What if I don’t have my insurance card with me?
Call us at 866-644-7911 and we’ll help you locate your member ID. Most carriers can verify your identity with your full name, date of birth, and the last four digits of your Social Security number.
